    Thanks, I`ve already rebooted.

    Nothing showing for Microsoft Office - but a few things showing for Microsoft Visual C+ (don`t know what this is) and one for Microsoft Silverlight. I`m assuming this is nothing to do with Microsoft Office. Just checking before I start...OMG this is horrible... if I manage it am going to have a very large glass of wine tonight and my nerves will be shott.

    Can you hover your cursor over the downloaded file and report back on the indicated size?

    In the little box it says 0.97GB and it took about 15 mins to load.

    Another daft question! why do they say its 64 and 32 - then you don`t get a choice? or have I missed something? think its nearly done..
