Perhaps hovering your cursor above the download link may provide results.

    Sorry, I`m lost!

There seems to be 6 x links like this (I`m assuming I have to copy and paste) they all have slightly different numbers - I also have my activation code. I thought I`d just have to click something and it would do it automatically but looks like whatever I have to do will have to do it 6 times...I`m confusing myself, sorry dread to think how much I am confusing you.

As you have not downloaded anything, could you ask them if they will amend the order to media in the post?

The link points to a file called

    Microsoft_Office_Professional_Plus_2010w_SP1_32bit_(English).exe

Which would seem to be the 32-bit version of Office 2010 Professional Plus (Service Pack 1)

Assuming that no-one on this public forum has downloaded it.

OP - delete the link from your post

Goodness me, that looks dull. :)

Just to double check; is your 'Activation Code(do not publish it), the standard 25 digit Product Key?

    Thanks.

So how come the OP has that conglomeration of links? Do they join to make that single file?

    Not sure to be honest.

I suspect (and perhaps someone could verify) that the link is actually a "download manager" of some kind because of the .exe extension ? ( Or perhaps I'm just confusing the issue by thinking the OP would get an ISO file to burn to CD? )

EDIT: As I thought (perhaps I should have read it better last time)
Download a “Delivery Client” executable that will handle the actual file download, using the "Start Download” button below. Please make sure to save the file with an “.exe” file extension in order to launch the file. If the file is saved without an “.exe” extension and no icon appears, please rename the file and add the extension “.exe”.

I have taken out that link (thanks) didn`t realise I shouldn`t have posted it.

From what I can gather think when I log in to the site with my password etc then I can do the download http://www.software4students.co.uk/DigitalDownloadWalkthrough.htm well this is what I`m hoping or do I use the link you have provided by TakeThis?

I can`t ask for a disc now as it seems once you have the download there is no refund or way to exchange. Silly me should have waited before rushing in to make the order.

First job is to uninstall Microsoft Office from the computer (free trial) I looked at my programms and it has:
    Microsoft Office 2010
Microsoft Office - click to run - 2010
Microsoft Office starter 2010 - English
Will I have to uninstall each of these seperately?

So sorry, I am managing to confuse everyone.
