I have just been on a live chat with myvesta iva people and somebody is phoning me tomorrow after work, god I hate myself.

    Anybody heard of this company

Yeah and not particularly great things!

Just be wary because there is someone on the DFW with an vested interest in Myvesta! They will tell you how everything in your life will be rosey!

I'm not saying don't use them, but personally I would want to go with a company recommended by the CCCS!

I don't want to put doubts in your head but is an IVA the best option? I'm not against IVA's at all! If it's the best route for you then great, just want to make sure you are aware of all your possibilities before you commit to anything. :)

Personally if I was in your position I would call the CCCS just for a chat and some professional advice! :D
  • yes I will I will tell nancy from vesta I am not interested lol...I dont want IVA I just want to come out clean.... at the end of the day I do have a tad money a month to reduce....I will phone ccs. I dont think DMP is suitable either .I would just be as best off if the interest doesnt get frozen. the interest is the down fall....but I am impatient. I am extremeyl lucky and very grateful that my O/H allows me to plough money to debts otherwise it would be a different story

Messed up. Haven't read your thread for a while and just wanted to point out how far it looks like you've come already since your first post. Although obviously things are still far from finalised for you, you sound like youve gained much more control already.

Keep it up and keep going. You're doing so very well! :)

Oh, and CCCS or Payplan will give you such good advice. Please make one of them the company that you talk to. I'm not saying the conversation wont be difficult for you, but they've heard everything a million times and in my experience are very understanding and non-judgemental.

  • Everyone are right you have done nothing wrong, so try and ease up on the guilt. Try to remember all of those happy times with your daughter, they are the important ones. With regard to debt, get ideas from this site that's what I'm doing. It helps to realise that you are not the only person with debt. Having debt does affect your life but it is not all of your life. Live your life to the max for you and your daughter.
