I could pay my min payment on my cc for next 5 months and then pay more from my salary to my od .... that would be quite a good way ...

Have you seen this snowball calculator. It tells you what debt to pay first so you pay the least interest. :)
  • Thankyou SS you are very supportive x

They don't call me bra for nothing! ;):p
  • Yes it is fantastic calculator. My od s and cc interest are same. But I do have to make min 2% ON CCARD. I just like to reduce that OD....
  • Thankyou 'bra for nothing' LOL
  • Hi MU

I've just opened an A&L account as well & it started with a £500 0% overdraft but they've now matched my Barclays overdraft limit at 0% (£1400). If I remember correctly they will do this up to £2500. You just have to provide proof of your current limit.
  • I know but in the letter they wanted a months bank statement from last 3 months where you were in credit for at least 2 days.... so they wouldnt take me on would they? LOL
  • Don't be too sure about that. I sent them November/Decembers statement & didn't make it into credit at all on that statement as I had to replace my cars engine.
  • I think I am too ashamed of conducting my account the way I did, I have casino this that and the other all over it. I lost I won I lost , I came to my senses ...... if I sent them my statement they would probably withdraw my 500 overdraft! lol.... I used to be a saver.... I am so disappointed
