Well imagine how much better you might feel talking to a professional?
They can help you more than we can but not with money! Thats our forte!0 -
You CAN deal with this, because you are a good person, you are loved by your boys and partner and one day you will again love yourself again. Tomorrow morning make an appointment with your GP, talk about your fears and ask for help in dealing with them. Be strong and take small steps to dealing with this.0

I dont mean to sound negative but i have been reading this thread and i really feel that you need to see a counselor to beat this. If what has happened to you is the route cause of your problems then you need to start dealing with your grief properly otherwise what is stopping you from doing something detrimental the next time you are overwhelmed with grief?
Counselors are really good to help you to talk through how you feel and explore what is going on in your head.
Good luck

Ive just read all this and I am so sorry about your daughter. I just cant imagine that in a million years but I can imagine the non-stop stress and worrying about the debt and mixed up with the pain of loss that must be unbearable. Therefore you must realise that its only natural the way you are feeling. With regard to the debt I think you have to stop thinking back to what you have messed up financially in the past. Its done and thats all there is to it; there's no point agonising about it or feeling guilty. You have enough to bear without guilt. What you did is totally understandable under the circumstances. Accept that you have debt and try to make a plan for the way forward and you might feel a bit better though I know you will still worry. I dont know what else to say; you are getting a lot of good advice. Please do see your doctor. They are used to hearing things like that. Please also look after yourself because you are your boys' precious mum and you are worth it. They will care more about you than the debt you are in. I hope the pain eases for your daughter. I really wish that someone could make you feel better but I think you have to look to your family for comfort. Let them in and dont push them away. Let your grief out. Write a letter to your daughter and tell her how you feel or write about her and keep it to yourself. Hope you dont mind me saying all this. Lots of love Tes xxxxxxxxxxxxThe forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
