Just wondered whether there'd been any further developements?
Yes it's now in the hands of HR. Two of the people who had witnessed him throwing the coffee over me have independently contacted HR and reported the issue. It has gone to a formal investigation.
He is off sick, so I have not seen him. He has been told by union rep not to contact me under any circumstances and he is now leaving me alone.
Don't know when HR will speak to him with him being away.0 -
Good its for the best - his behaviour was unaceptable. Thanks for letting us know.:)0 -
At least something is being done! Fingers crossed.
Keep us posted with any developments. x:oGetting married 23rd June 2012!!:o0 -
I suspect that he's not off sick at all. The employers have most likely put him on gardening leave until this has been sorted out properly. Given his history with the other colleague and his tendency to interrupt meetings without invitation I would bet a fiver that he never returns to work. It will be exactly what he deserves0
