Plus phone line rental £13.90

Always worth checking the actual bill rather than just bundle as phone line charges are listed separately (even on the website bundles are charged with phone line as a (required) extra).

I pay £33 per month for TV M, V+ box, Bband L, Phone L and phone line rental.

Haven't paid the normal £5 per month charge for the V+ box for almost 2 years now due to an inherant fault with all of the V+ boxes. I just complained and they took the charge off.

I will be leaving them soon though as they want to start charging me the extra £5 during April. I will just get a Freeview PVR box as my area moves over to digital completely during March/April. The local phone exchanges are ASDL2 so will get 10MB B/band speeds easily and so will go over to Orange,TalkTalk, etc. for same phone & b/band package and save a lot of money.
