It should be extra £32 for basic tv pack with Sports package & Tivo 500MB, but they wanted £36 so I went to sky for their basic pack with sports package for £30. VM will still supply broadband & telephone service.
Apparently I have too much loyalty bonus !!!! Originally I was told that the more services I have , the more discount I would get- which makes sense.
VM wants to penalise me for taking extra services !!!

I have been a customer since the old cabletel days and have a loyalty bonus applied a few years ago leaving me with the following:

Talk Weekends
TV size L
Broadband M
which comes to £35.90 (including line rental)

I think that this may be the going rate so have not tried to get another discount. Am I wrong? Is there a chance that VM might be willing to shave off a bit more?
