Travelodge don't seem to know the difference between Brittania Parking and CP Plus or alternatively they have no idea what they are doing

Travedlodge Moto, and CPPlus never seem to respond to any of the myriad of complaints against them
Is their philosphy not to respond?
Well we can do the same - never reply to anything they send you!
Guess they are all laughing at our worm like futile attempts to restore humanity and dignity

Hope their directors or staff never park illegally - on double yellow lines etc etc - they could be in for a big surprise

There is no need to keep bumping an old thread surely, we get new ones every day and this one will still be in the archives. If people do a Google search they will still come across it. There is no need for this one to stay on page one.

Let it go and just ignore it.

Have you complained to them yet (TL that is) & failed to receive a response, or is this a rant?

I value your advice as it seems the sensible thing to do.
However other threads suggest that Travelodge is completely indifferent to parking charge complaints and this seems to be confirmed by their terms and conditions.
They have delegated parking administration to Moto who use CP Plus to enforce iso my concern is that they will simply pass the information down the line and make the job of CP Plus easier giving them more information to the harassing letters that I am lead to expect.
So the thought in my mind is do I have to respond to a false accusation especially when threads on this site and others including Watchdog all say do not reply
So I am lost on this.

If I walked up to you and demand £60 out of your wallet would you give me it or fight me for it ?
Now all these mugs have done is write a letter, are you more frightened of a bit of paper than a mugger ?

Well as long as she has also watched the Watchdog solicitor make a paper aeroplane out of a fake PCN like yours, and she has seen the letter-chain pictures in our top thread, then both of you can happily ignore the whole scam.

Sorry Bill this thread just drags on, you say "you seem lost on all this" You have had all the top advice. Suggest you write to TL and post the replies on here.
