    This is a wind up.

Have you noticed how the OP always signs off with a cliff-hanger? Have you noticed that she's telling a story with dramatic twists and turns that draw people in?

Look back over the topic and see how many cliff-hangers and odd/incredible things occur and then tell me that it's not a wind-up. ;)

And you always post crap like this when people have problems that do not seem to conform to your ideal sort of 'problem'.

If you are not interested then why are you back here reading about it.

Funny enough, not everyone's lives are as clear cut, perfect and simple as yours clearly is without a worry in the world.

Tbh, even if it is a wind up...I would still rather post and show some support and hope that it's a genuine poster rather than risk ignoring a post by someone genuine and assuming they are a troll.

At the end of the day, a few keystrokes to offer support takes nothing from any of us...but it could mean everything to someone else who is at the end of there tether and desperate for someone, anyone to confide in.

Newcook I would love to do this but I really don't want to speak to him or be near him, he has treated me with no respect at all, but I am going to come out of it with my head held high.

see if you can find out what hotel he is staying at and have the rest of his stuff shifted there during his stay!! ;):D
  • Well I asked him to go and he's refused.

He's off to the mortgage Advisor in 20 mins and we'll have to see hat happens from there.

I said a few things he's denied them. I've also had another chat with op to find out the reasons behind getting in touch with me, and now my head is a lot clearer.

If I am causing upset to other people I would like to apologise as this has not been my intention, I just didn't know where else to turn.

Don't worry about upsetting people, if they don't like it they can politely leave the thread without commenting.

Good luck. What was the mans reasons for telling you.

Keep posting Doorstep, there will always be someone who has something to say - just pop them on 'ignore'.

Regarding the re-mortgage - you have an interest registered on the house, so the re-mortgage can't go through without you being notified. You need to tell your solicitor of this development though, as soon as possible.
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.
  • After giving up all hope of them sorting out their problem, he decided I had a right to know what was going on as they are becoming very sneaky about things, she's been looking at properties to buy for the past few weeks.

And he thought it would cause less hurt if I found out know rather than when they had the keys to their new home.
