            I think you need to tell him and show him what you have on him, he might then leave because of just what you have on him.
At the moment, all he knows is that you said it for a reaction and he thinks he can still go on pushing you around. I think there is not be such a hard fight if he knew that those pictures were going to be published and shown to all.

            I don't think that's a fair request really. This person shouldn't have to justify themselves to anyone. If you don't believe them, fair enough, but I don't think you should be asking posters to 'prove' what they say.0

Yes but the mortgage is in his name only so he thinks he can do as he pleases.0
