Just make sure he doesn't buy their love nest with money taken from YOUR house!I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

I would call the bank who the mortgage is with and tell them on not uncertain terms is he to remortgage the house.
If you know who he is going to see today then I would also call them as well and tell them the same.
It's time to start fighting back hun. You have upset no-one except someone who has nothing better to do in their perfect life.0 -

I have advised the solicitors that he is planning a remortgage but they said it's ok to wait to see them until Monday as he (husband)won't be able to do too much between now and then.
He is hoping to remortgage this property, and also he has asked his father for a loan incase he can't raise enough.0 -
Can I ask as we rent and I do not know, how easy is it to get a remortgage, surely she would need to sign something as well if she is registered as having an interest?0

Well, as he knows. Maybe it is time to share those photos with his family so they can see the kind of 'man' he is.0 -

Yes I'm sure I will have to sign something, that's why I offered to go with him today. The look on his face was priceless!!!0 -

I would not show them to anyone apart from maybe the solicitor. He is still the children's father.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
He still doesn't know that I know about the affair.
I asked him to give me a bit of respect and leave he said no, I shouted well I'm not the one who's been having a affair, then I informed him that I just said it to see what his reaction was.0 -

I can imagine. Good for you for confronting it now rather than it eat you up. Did you show him the pictures you had or just say you knew? Did he shout at you?
I would also stop doing everything for him, cooking, cleaning, etc...0 -
The solicitor is right - it will take longer than the weekend to sort out a mortgage.
What I really meant was make sure that your solicitor moves quickly on this.
I would go for unreasonable behaviour and include stills of the other woman fondling his bits!
Once the divorce proceedings are started you should be in a stronger position because the court has the power to award you a share of the house even if it is in his sole name.... but there is no power to do this if you are just separated. No doubt that is why he is wanting to push the re-mortgage through quickly - so you need to get your solicitor to move equally quickly.I'm a retired employment solicitor.
