Are we talking naked photos, or of them holding hands or something like that?

I can never keep track of where he is, he travels most of the country. But the hotel room was booked almost 2 weeks in advance.

One photo (posed for) was of them in bed together gazing into each others eyes. Other is just of him.

I don't think you've got much time if the cuckolded husband intends to reveal that you now know of the affair.

That's it for the moment, he said he wouldn't say anything to her.

His motives as far as I'm aware are to let me know what's going on as I have little ones and he wanted to provided me with information if I decide to go for a divorce.

What does the chat log say [not in detail, just in general]? Is this all he has or is there more just not emailable?

Doesn't sound what I'd call "definite proof".
I mean, who was taking the photo of them in bed? If you take photos like that yourself with a timer, you generally don't do it of you gazing into each others eyes...

To know, you are going to have to ask him and show him the photo. See his reaction.

Quite a bit of sexual content and some I love yous

There's a lot more chat but he only sent the one to see if I could receive it.

Did he have a sort of nanny-cam in the room, ie did it look like they were aware of the photo or not?

Could the women and husband have set up your husband and planned to blackmail him by threatening to tell you, and then it backfired so he told you anyway? (I know it doesn't excuse your husband. I may have watched too many movies!)

Lotus-eater, not definite proof! I can't imagine my DH telling me of any innocent reason as to how he came to be apparently naked in bed with someone else.
