erm...NO! However, I did change the wording a little to say something along the lines of if they didnt pay up now, I'd be adding the interest that would be awarded in Court. ??? I havent posted it yet.
Is £381 gonna be enough or did they charge you interest on those admin fees?

Hey - I dont really know / cant figure out if they would have charged interest on that again - to be honest - I'm happy if the cough up what I've asked for.

I'm sure I read something somewhere that £12 was an acceptable charge? Will they not argue this back, or is it irrelevant/

OK, this is the easy part with regards to the £12. Google OFT842 which is the report on default charges. Read point 1.14 a few times and then tell me if you think you are going to let them tell that its fair :D

Hee hee...... I'll be posting it in the morning, thanks. It makes no relevance that this is in a document relating to credit cards as opposed to catalogue I assume?

it's the same process as credit cards so the principle is exactly the same ;)

One more quick question - last year I got ridiculous bank charges on my account - at one point nearly £500 in one month because I was over my overdraft, charging me £30 a go, multiple times and then those charges putting me well over, in turn incurring £30 again multiple times. I've put a claim in for this and obviously am on hold like everyone else. Since then Lloyds appear to have changed their punishment charges and when one of my accounts went a couple pounds over last month, they have charged me again, this time it's £15 for going over plus £15 for every day it was over (i think, without looking). Is this still classed as unacceptable or as they've changed the way the apply their charges recently - have they had it agreed somewhere that these charges are acceptable? I hope that makes sense?

We are still in OFT test case territory but new charges can be added to existing claim(you can go back to 27th July 2001).

If there is still an amount owing then they should clear the debt and send you the difference.
