can i claim the admin fee from catalogues

    Style of Statement changed in mid 2008 and the charges are now listed as "Missed Minimum Payment Fee" as opposed to Admin Charge. Still the same thing tho isnt it?

    ....Oh and one that says "Debt Collection Letter Fee - £12".

    Thankfully I owe the Bar-stewards nothing now as managed to clear all debts beginning of the year.
  • I think the answer is yes because of changes to the CCA 2006 which meant that catalogue companies were regulated for complaints by the FOS.

    Yip they are all £12 after mid 2007.

    erm...NO! However, I did change the wording a little to say something along the lines of if they didnt pay up now, I'd be adding the interest that would be awarded in Court. ??? I havent posted it yet.
