I am determined to claim back all my admin fees, if their allowed to charge for calling us what about all the times I've had to call their premium line because of faulty goods, somethings not right here.
  • I have all my statements from over the years, my question is do I have to post the letter requesting my refund of charges or can I email it to them.

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but I was just wondering!

There is nothing that stops you emailing a request in with an attached schedule of charges ie how much you are claiming BUT keep a copy safe.
