They charged me £12 on this months statement for a late payment fee
    from Jan.

but the funny bit is, I was in credit on the January statement and it said
minimum payment due £0.00 , I called them up and she spotted it was a error
    and refunded the charge

I just advise you to regularly check your statement even if you dont owe them anything.

  • I want to reclaim chargers from littlewoods direct, I made a payment that they had asked for of £6, not much I know but 2 weeks later i got a letter saying that they had charged me £15 for not paying, i spoke to them 4 times and the last person was very rude, saying that that was what happened if i didn't pay the payment even though i was telling her that i had, not only that i was told not to pay anything else until it was sorted and they have now charged me again, £30 for sod all, what do i do, the £6 came out of my account and is on my statement but they say that they can't trace it:mad:

I too have had problems with Littlewoods recently, they " Dissaperaed " my

Commission it just vanished from my " new look " statement when I queried this I was told you only received commission on payments over £20,00
am still argueing over this from Nov, 08

Told them I have been a customer for 15 years and never had a missed payment, have a credit limit of £5,400 and have spent thousands of pounds over the years, especially when I had customers, buying through me,

It seemed to go to pot about 4 years ago when the Barclay Brothers
took charge I used to love shopping with Littlewoods, but they have gone too pot.

I think you need to ask your bank to trace the payment. Ask your bank for the reference number to the payment to begin with(is it a DD or Standing order?). If it is a mistake Littlewoods have to refund any charges they have put on your account as a result of an error.
