Does any one know if you can claim charges back from catalogues?
Light bulb moment - 18th Sept 2006 DFW 88
:ADD1 17/1/04 (9 weeks early):ADD2 1/9/07 (4 weeks early) :ADS 5/7/2011 (5 weeks early)
Started comping June 2010 (my bad luck follows me everywhere I go so won't win anything)

I got charged £12 cause I didnt pay £13 when I should have

Is it possible to claim for the £15 Adminastration charge for late payments form littlewoods? ( great universal)
the charge is for sending out a letter to me to say i have missed a payment.
I do hope i can claim this back as i sent of for my past statments and seem to have amassed quite a few of these "admin charges"

Yes you can i have claimed over £200 back from studio for their £20 late payment fees and got it all back so GO FOR IT!!!!
