They will definitely settle but maybe not until you have filled in the FOS complaint form - very easy and definitely worth doing.

We got a cheque through the post from Littlewoods even before the FOS had written back to us explaining what Littlewoods had decided what to do.

We cashed it immediately but will still be pursuing the 8% interest through the FOS.

hi, has anyone claimed charges back from simply be catalogue? i am hoping to claim all the administration charges back.

two questions though...

Can i claim back the 'credit charge' ?
And can i claim the charge for sending an item back late?

Hope someone can help.

Thanks militantcomsumer i thought as much but wanted to make sure.

I cant see anything in my statements or my account info that relates to signing up for ppi tho and again i was a student when i first opened an additions account. On my statements it has "payment protection" and then a fee but it looks like they've mixed i all in with the interest on the actual balance??

Is anyone else looking at Additions for ppi claims??

hi i am claiming littlewood catalogue excess charges and ppi insurance or trying to. it is with a claims firm (you cant trust them either) littlewood never answered my letters so i instructed them. i understand from the claims firm that they are part of ge money. i have other claims for store cards with them and they are a very slippery bunch. under the ppi insurance i paid monthly. every time i rang to order anything i would be bombarded with taking up their insurance which i did and then i would cancell and then they would go on. i paid about 10 percent on owings which was a lot because i had a lot outstanding on credit this would be added to the statement monthly. be careful in using a claims firm and good luck let me know how you all get onl
