Hi i was wondering if i should make a claim for late payments? Basically have ordered things out the catalouges, didn't realsie the date they had to be paid asi i dint receive anthing through the post did it all online (my own fault i know) but i am still in the process of paying them of and will be for some time, is it worth asking for my money back yet or will they demand all their money i owe them upfront as i cant afford to do this? so basically should i wait unitl i have paid them of first or will it be ok to do so beforehand? thank you!0

can i claim back charges for catalogues? ive got loads of late payment fees and debt collection letter fees0

A £12 fee is trivial compared to the premium you are paying for the goods. Instead of spending £120 on goods that could be bought for £80 at full price on the high street (or less than £40 over the last few weeks) why not stop using catalogues? Put the £80 aside each month and you are then free to buy the same goods for one third of the price - or buy three times as much.0

Militant Consumer,
Choice catalogues add nothing of value to their wares to justify the extortionate prices. Rather than quibbling over charges it would save the OP a lot more time and money in the long run to pay a sensible price for their goods.0 -
