  • I have had a few late payment charges from Debenham store card but the statements come from GE Bank. Who do l claim from?

    I am claiming from GE Capital for a Debenhams Card Also.

    I sent my forst letter to:

    GE Capital Bank Ltd.
    Data Protection Manager
    PO Box 700
    Leeds
    LS99 2BD

    Got a reply saying they charge £10 and they have changed their name to GE Money but still at same address.

    I am just getting ready to send a letter off on behalf of my partner for the charges on his HOF store card.

    He is sure that is was done through GE Capital Ltd. however, on his credit report, his store card is listed under the name C. L. Finance :confused:

    Does this mean they have changed companies and if so, who do we write to as the account is now closed?

    Has anyone else claimed from a HOF card?

    Just found out that GE Capital do do the store cards for HOF just in case anyone else was wanting to claim from them :D

  • Ive sent my Court letter and still nothing back from STUDIO - I was hoping it wouldnt go that far ! Theres still a couple of days left so fingers crossed.
  • Basically its a staring game, a bank will try and stare you out. They hope you will backdown. Never do this always remember you are legally right, they know this they will pay up.

    Is anyone else having problems with the tracking system on royal mails website? I can't see if Studio have recieved my 1st letter yet as it just keeps showing same messege that there was a problem in tracking my ref nymber :mad:
