  • Yes, by writing to the company's Data Protection Officer as per the MSE main site guide. But you can only go back 6 years so get started asap.

The information they send you very helpfully summarises all charges and PPI premiums on one page!

    Good luck!
  • Hi

I had the same problem with Littlewoods, they quickly cashed my £10 cheque and then sent me a letter which sounds like pretty much the same as your. I replied stating that I hadnt requested a copy of an agreement (which I might add the one they sent me was a bog standard agreement and not for my particular account with them).
I stated in my letter that they were obliged to provide me with the info I asked for and that they should do within 14 days, think that was about 1 1/2 weeks ago...so fingers crossed.

I would do the same if I were you...or you could ring them!

    Hi

I have received a response today from Studio Cards, after I sent them a letter requesting they reimburse £200 worth of late payment fees.

    Their response was:

"We are unable to remove any of these charges as we feel they are valid for not meeting the payment due date."

I don't know what action I should take? I would appreciate any advice that any of you may have?

    Thanks
