Hello, How long did the whole process take?
I received my list of charges on the 1st Oct and have sent a letter claiming the charges back on the 3rd Oct - the 14th day since sending the first letter is on Friday so I'll prob have to send another.
Just wondering if they still paid out?0 -
I would have used them for xmas but £170 is a bit too much to be spending on wrapping paper!
I have sent them back recorded delivery anyway so i'll see what they say.
I just cant see how they can justify sending vouchers instead of a cheque.0 -

Make sure to send them by special delivery as Royal Mail will not reimburse lost vouchers that have been sent recorded delivery. Plus you are only covered £36 for recorded whereas Special delivery you can state coverage to be £170.No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

I sent littlewoods some vouchers and a cheque to pay off my account in Aug. I was sent a statement with a charge of £12 because I hadn't paid the full minimum payment they had requested. In actual fact they didn't take off my vouchers just my cheque.
It is now Oct, various people have said they will ring me back inc a customer service manager and I have now got £25 in charges and an arrears notice!
I have rang again tonight after the manager failed to ring me today and am still waiting for a manager to ring....I doubt they will.
Getting very frustrated and upset and at a loss as to what to do.0 -
If your in dispute about the charge they cant affect your credit rating. I would complain to the FOS about this matter as you have paid correctly and these charges are unfair, it seems you are not getting anywhere with them.

I had a major issue with them years ago over a pair of jeans they said I had ordered (i hadnt) and they said they had delivered (they hadnt), like you I battled with the customer services and empty promises...for 3 months until I had enough and wrote to CEO or whoever it was explaining what had happened, how little they had done etc etc. Low and behold 2 days after sending it a manger bod called me and it was all resolved in 10 mins.
May not work but cant harm surely.

Can I please ask who the people are that I should complain to? A manager has finally cleared my charges but I really want to put a complaint in against them. I spoke to so many people, no-one ever rang me back just got passed to different departments and not getting anywhere. None of my calls were even logged! Apparently a letter had gone out to me yesterday asking how I sent the vouchers in...I'd already told them they went with the cheque which they had cashed. It was all stapled together. The manager (although he cleared the charges) was useless think it was just easier for him to clear my account rather than deal with it, no apology or anything.0

Just to let you know that studio paid out the whole amount!! YAY:j
my account is completly paid off and the remainer was given in the form of £20 gift voucher... ( £1034.00) in total....
