THe writing under the line thing is called a sig or signature. If you look at the top of the page there is a green bar. Go to the 3rd one across User CP and you'll find the option to create a signature there.

Thank you Ex-Spendaholic! Have managed words now need to master the little people!!

Have been looking to reclaim from Kays and Empire Stores and it looks like they are both managed by Littlewoods, can I send one SAR request to Littlewoods for both of these?

    second part of that quote!!???
  • Does anyone know if you can claim back catalogue insurance?

I have been with Littlewoods since 2003, and noticed on my account they were charging me Extra Care 500 insurance, which then changed to Extra Advantage, which I cancelled in December 2006.

Does anyone know if you can claim this back?
    Please let me know

(again, as I am new, I don't know where to put these posts!?)
  • I got in touch with Littlewoods catalogue to ask for statements from when I opened my account till now.I can only get so many online but i've had my account for years and want to reclaim all charges which they've given me.

Anyways, they're saying I need to pay 4.50 per copy, and there is probably about 40 statements,so thats to much for me !

Is there any alternative for me ?

    Thanks in advance.
  • Can anybody tell if they have had success in claming back charges from Studio Cards Please????

Lauren can you point me in the direction of the template you used? Thanks.
