Hi Just wondering if anyone has successfully claimed from Littlewoods/Littlewoods Direct/Additions/Next. I'm looking at claiming, but I have been charged £10 or £12 admin/late payments charges. Are they saying that because they have lowered their charges to these rate that they will not refund?0

I have today received a letter from G.U.S. to say they are paying me £242 back in charges - will clear my account.
Last June started the process - they were very slow to reply to every letter. Finally got overcharge details in October. Sent them a letters for repayment to me of overcharges and got the usual blah, blah charges in accordance with agreement?? Decided to take the straight to court through MCOL. They defended the claim.
Got a letter from my local court last week with forms - defendants said I had not had itemized details of claim!! Sent a copy to court of all letters and itemised charges I'd received. Court threw out the case in my favour stating that the defendants was basically lying that they knew nothing about my amount claimed.
CLAIM FOR THE LOT AS I DID.:j0 -

My partner and i sent claimed for charges back - and recieved a letter today giving us a credit on her account for the difference between 20 and 12 on each time she had been charged the higher amount. Therefore we have £80 back - which to be honest i feel is fair.
Whole process took 2 weeks!0 -

Hi
Are defenately accepting this. I have a card with these guys aswell. The same as you offered the diffrence between 12 and 20. I am going to appeal against this as my card is owed about £350 and the charges add up too over £400 therefore all that I owe on my card is just unfair charges.
Olives
P.S
All you with littlewoods cat. If I was taking them to court and I have two accounts with them but three charges compalints what do I pay. Would it be just one £40 or two or three lots.
