Hi there I posted a few weeks ago about claiming my charges back from studio catalogue. Well they took about 3 weeks to acknowledge my email in fact I was just about to write to them again when I received £360 worth of studio vouchers in the door yippee!!! But actually not yippee I wanted a cheque as I stated in my letter to them, I did not use that form of payment to pay them so should I email them and tell them so? Basically Ive had it with that catalogue anyway, I dont owe them anything, paid my balance of months ago because they seem to think they can charge you for breathing. I appreciate any information on their experiences of changing vouchers for a cheque...........;) x

Hi, I was just wondering if you are reclaiming charges from a catalogue, do you just use the normal bank letters but change them to 'catalogue accounts' many thanks.

Yes I just used the standard letter changing the wording slightly to fit in with a catalogue rather than a bank account.

Just email them using the contact us tab on their website thats what I did!

has any one got the address for littlewoods as i want to send for statements,paid them off a year ago through national debt recovery and i am sure there was a lot of added charges on there.Have many people had any look getting charges back with them?

thanks techspec i will give it a go,my daughter went to pay here littlewoods as she owed about 300 and was told she didnt owe anything they had paid all her charges which paid her account up can you believe it she didnt even apply for them back she is one happy girl.

sorry forgot to ask do you need to send 10.00 for your statements to littlewoods,like you do with banks.
