Hi Wiggynut, I send my first letter,(giving them two weeks to reply) about three weeks ago, and received a reply after about two weeks of waiting....I have look at this thread quite a bit, but no one seems to be with Littlewoods/Index, the one or two that are, are still waiting....I might wait until the weekend, that will have given then 10 days since they wrote to me, then a LBA letter I guess....aren't they a pain these cats, I am only asking for £400...Lol.....many thanks for your reply....Lilly  ps. bet they only offer me £50 or something silly anyway, so I might as well get on with it ...Lol0

Thanks in advance for your help.0 -
Hi Yes you can, I am trying to reclaim my late payments from Littlewood/Index, there is a very useful thread, just a bit down on this page, called 'Can I claim admin charges from Catalogues,' have a look, it should answer all of your questions, you do it just like you would a credit card, just change the wording abit....hope that helps.....Lilly :cool:0

yeah they will offer something stupid as they are hoping you wont push it any further... if you don't hear anything after your LBA time is up then start sending emails daily... I did and after a week I got a cheque through.. no response to my emails though... but it's worth a try as you might not have to go the court route!

Hi money saving peeps! have been reading these threads for a while now and decided to take the plunge and reclaim those nasty little charges on my studio account. I emailed them for my statements which came in the post within a week, no charge and I went through and the charges came to £264 robbing bs! Anyway, have just sent them an email to reclaim the charges (with interest using the calculator) and the final amount comes to over £300 quid. I dont mind if I dont get the interest back just the main amount would be fine, you gotta try these things out though eh! I thought with the postal strike imminent I would email them and thats what a few other people have done here I believe. Will post when I hear back from them, fingers crossed!!!!:heart2::heart2::heart2: I LOVE MY BEAGLE! :heart2::heart2::heart2:0

Recorded delivery is recommended, but this may work, and as you say, misses out the postal strike.
You may have to re-send via post if you don't get a response.0
