  • Yep yep ... claim away my friend! :)
  • Hi all,

After looking through this thread and doing a search, I haven't found the info I need.

    Can anyone help please?

I have just received my statements back from Littlewoods with a list of codes. I have found many admin charges (174G) but have also come across 168E and 176E. Whatever these charges are, they have been added to my account but these codes are not on the codes list they sent (typical ).

Does anyone here know what these codes stand for? can you also claim the admin charges (code 174G) back..I do hope so Lol.....Lilly May

hi lilly i got my statements back from littlewoods sounds like yours do wiv all them codes, i just asked for the code 174g back as i knew that is the admin charges , think u might have to fone littlewoods up for the rest of the codes as i aint got a clue lol gud luck jill
  • Many thanks Johnny, I will do that...there seems to be loads of codes, that aren't on the list, but the 174G amounts to nearly £400, so that will do nicely Lol....did you have a problem getting it back, and did you have to wait long before it was sorted ?...I waited over three months just for the statements, just what it sorted.....without to much hassle!.....thanks again....Lilly ;)

    congrats Willenhall!

I had a really good run.. 3 cheques in the space of a week and I asked La Redoute to stop my Total Cover as they said you can get a replacement on any damaged clothing from them... so not true... so I told them to stop the premiums... they sent a letter saying they will refund the lot with 8% interest... £110 taken of my total!

How cool it that.. I didn't even complain or ask for them back.. guess they are paranoid and have a lot of people reclaiming money from them.. to my knowledge I have never got any from them?? but I only owe them £200 now so I'm going to start paying that off now.

Also, I won a years supply of 'simple' products.. yet to have them delivered so wondering what a years supply actually means! I went onto the competitions forum on this site.. people post up the answer so all you do is click on something and enter your details! I won £25 on a word puzzle through this too! I spent yesterday doing some more... lets see how long this luck thing runs for ;)

    congrats all round!

Fashionworld have offered me £5.50 out of a total owed of £359.50!!! They are only offering the difference between £12 and what they have charged but only AFTER May 2006 when most of mine are before.

    Shall I proceed with this?
The more I find out the less I know!

I would say a definate yes!
You can claim back up to six years so why did they pick May 2006???
If you've sent the 2nd letter then said the LBA (letter before action) ... I think most of the catalogues are paying back before court action starts to you could send another... also try email them everyday... I was advised of that and I then got a cheque out of the blue!

Don't give up yet! You have nothing to lose but will only gain!

Deffo ... looks like they're trying to pull the wall over your eyes - £5.50 offer is laughable!

Go kick some catalogue !!! Wendfd!! :money:
  • After sending just one letter to STUDIO to request my administration charges back, I received a lovely letter this morning to tell me my request has been granted! i claimed back £100 which has cleared my balance and also £15 in vouchers too! Easiest claim yet! took less than a week! Bonus!

Thanx to everyone on this forum for giving tips on how to reclaim!
    I am very grateful!
