I have had an update today from Naturally close. They are prepared to clear my account of £254. My claim was £320.
they inform me there is another account outstanding for £134 so I am insisting (3rd time) that info is given as to this amount and that I am considering their offer whilst they provide this information. Let them see what its like to have to wait for a response!
Told them the claim through the FO still stands until whole situation sorted out.0 -

HI
Does anyone made any sense of statements from Littlewoods?????
The main codes i can pick out are 174G, 197K, 111G, 133F any ideas? are these charges?
Thanks0 -
On my May statement it read that if I missed a payment from then I would be charged £12, well silly me forgot to pay that month and when my last statement arrived I saw I had been charged £10 admin fees, when
I rang Littlewoods I was told that they have always charged for late payments and it is in their t &c's. I argued the fact with her saying I have never been charged for missing a payment before and that I've been with them for ages (i'm on statement 126!!) She just said I've been lucky and that they've always charged. Right that's it I'm getting my pen out (so to speak) the cheeky monkeys aren't getting away with this, jumping on the band waggon with the charges and all that.0 -
Hi, i've just found this thread whilst browsing on how to reclaim bank charges.
I've now stating the ball rolling with Grattan and Ambrose Wilson, i sent them both an email through the "contact us" option on the webpage, and grattan have replied two days later saying at the moment they only hold 6 months worth of statements, but are requesting the previous ones for me and when they are available they will forward them on.
This sounds like a good start, havent heard anything from AW.
Can anyone tell me how long the process takes for reclaiming these fees?
Also, do they pay you with a cheque, or take it off your outstanding balance?
Im hoping for some extra spending money for my holiday in septemberHelen

Had a result from both Simply Be and Naturally Close. Both have agreed to repay outstanding account balances of not far off the amount requested. They both offered a refund of £1 initially justifying their charges etc. Stuck to my guns explaining that I would take it to the FO. Their solicitors finally wrote and made the offers.
2 more down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
