I will do thank you, when it comes to taking it court though does it cost me anything?

Yes initially you will have to pay the £25 court fee but this will get added to your reclaim. You will receive paperwork from the HMCS saying that they are defending your claim. DO NOT BE ALARMED. Because before the 28 days is up you will receive a letter from them with a cheque. (well thats what happened to me anyway.

    Hope this helps.
If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!! :D

I have written back to then again demanding the charges or I'll take them to court so once I have my response I will go ahead.
It's ridiculous that I have always been more than willing to pay my balance but because of their incompetance the balance has increased by over £100!!

Agreed they do fob you off and will not easily give up, and you cant go to FOS as Littlewoods were not a member regulated until 2007.

This of course is all a ploy by Littlewoods in the hope that you will go away, and no doubt I bet they have saved paying out thousands by using this tactic.

You have to remember that these charges have been deemed as unlawful and that only a court can stipulate what is a fair charge.

With this in mind you have to go to Small claim court (v easy and painless procedure) all the steps are explained in detail on this site or another fantastic MS called legal beagles.

I for one, last week recd my cheque last week. YAY !!!
