Confused the hell out of me, You sold a phone and have not posted it? You bought a phone and have received it
    but have received payment back?

No wonder ebay have put a block on you. You sold a phone previously and refused to complete the transaction.
If the buyer complained that would be a warning on your account.

If you sold the phone the 2nd time and received payment why have you not posted it? At the same time you bought
    a phone?

I think you need to clarify what you have and havnt done with times of how long they paid and you have not posted it.

Still none the wiser. Ebay doesn't suite everyone. Sometimes these things are best done in a pub carpark with a roll of £20s

Ok I will explain it a bit simpler.

1 - I sold a phone eBay put a 21 day hold on funds so I said screw that refunded the guy and explained the situation.

2 - Tried to sell elsewhere but couldn't get a good price so went back to eBay.

3 - Relisted and sold the phone again this time money wasn't put on hold.

4 - I used the funds to buy a different phone and pay seller fee's for the sale of my phone.

5 - The seller of the phone I bought posted.

6 - eBay cancelled my listing and reversed any fee's for the auction to my eBay account.

7 - Paypal limit my account and reverse the funds I paid for the phone I purchased.

8 - However other person had already posted the phone I bought so she had posted the phone and eBay took the money of her and gave it back to me.

9 - I had to refuse delivery of the phone, don't know where its at now.

10 - The money that was reversed back to me I use to refund the person who bought my phone.

11 - I did not have the full amount the person paid as I paid the eBay seller fee's for the auction but because the auction was cancelled eBay refunded me the fees to my eBay account which is now sitting with a balance of -£30 which I can't touch.

12 - So to sum up, the person who bought my phone is -£30 down, the person I bought the phone of is missing a phone.

    ?

Ok I sold the phone on Tuesday night I think, I took it with me to work on Wednesday to post at lunch time.

I bought the other phone on Tuesday night, the other person posted first thing Weds morning,

The eBay/Paypal crap kicks of around 12pm Wednseday

They ask me to fax in some info so I do.

    Few hours later I get

"LIMITATION CAN NOT BE REMOVED FUNDS WILL BE HELD FOR 180 DAYS"

So the only option I had was to refund the person who bought my phone.

I don't see how to be honest. Its missing 2 vital parts for a scam

    1 - I refused the phone
    2 - I refunded the person

You must be supporting ebay single handedly.

And they both know where you live!
  • It really is quite a mess to be honest, The others are emailing me and I explained the situation but eBay has already brainwashed them, anything I say or do will not matter, I mean for example when I partly refunded the guy they send an email

"WE HAVE MANAGED TO RECOVER XXX AMOUNT"

Excuse me you $hits if it wasn't for you there would be no problem, I refunded him, it had damn all to do with you, I was fixing your !!!! up.
