Egg to Barclaycard Transition Update

I can't see my recent transactions it keeps logging me out when I click on it and also it says no minimum payment recieved. This is going to be fun.

So far:

i get a "system error" if i try and cancel the direct debit, and then it logs me out.

When looking at the graphs of spending, some links go to http://localhost which obviously means you get page cannot be found.

in the list of transactions, it says that I signed for all my purchases??

mybarclaycard looks neat, but appears to have some annoying issues already...

i know its VERY early in the process but are any other users who already had "mybarclaycard" already seeing both Egg cards?

my exisitng BC and my new BC VISA are showing online but no sign of the "BC World Mastercard".

All seems to be working fine here - I'm not sure what all the whinging was about. I even applied for a fairly substantial credit limit increase which they granted immediately!

No, mine wasn't showing either. I had to register a new account for my Egg Money replacement card.

I'll phone them at some stage to merge the two accounts.

Second attempt seems to be working.

I have also managed to add it to my Egg Money manager list of accounts!

Just registered my new Barclaycard

1. The signup process is a pain as there are so many restrictions on usernames and pass phrases
2. I can see my recent Egg statements but not recent transactions
3. No sign of the payment I made to pay off my bill last week and now it's asking me to pay the bill again.

Seems to be a recurring problem.

Today should be my statement date, but my account only shows a statement dated 7 Oct. Allegedly I have made no transactions since then. And my payment in full for the September statement which was taken by DD on 26th Oct has vanished into the ether.

I'll give them a couple of days to sort it out, although I'm really annoyed about the message saying I've not made a minimum payment last month and am in breach of my agreement. Do you think I need to check my credit records next month, just to make sure that their errors haven't led to a false non-payment marker being put on my credit file ?

Just checked my main (HSBC) bank account. My regular Egg minimum payment DD went out this morning. My payment for the rest of the statement balance went out on 31 Oct, but that's not showing on the Barclaycard account.

I'm not too worried yet. I'll give them a couple of days to settle down.
