    I haven't got my t&c conditions handy at the minute, could anyone possibly tell me what the new Barclaycard minimum payment percentage per month is?

    Thanks.

    2. MONTHLY REPAYMENTS
    2.1 You must make the minimum payment every month. This will
    be the highest of:
    • £5 (or the entire amount if less than £5);
    • 2% of the amount you owe us on your monthly statement;
    or
    • an amount equal to any interest, account fees or Default
    Charges that have been added to your account since your
    last statement plus 1% of the remaining balance.

    I've got an Egg Visa and an Egg Money. Only the Egg Money has been mentioned in correspondence. However, I have thus far received:

    - 2 emails about the change
    - 1 Barclaycard
    - 2 PINs

    Sounds like one barclaycard has got lost in the post . I received both sets of cards weeks ago.

    If you have a DD set up to pay the balance in full to Egg, will this automatically transfer to Barclaycard? What about the final egg statement? Will a payment be made automatically to clear that balance?

    Thinking the same.

    My payment date, always pay balance in full, is around 27th of month, so just cleared one, next one due on 25th November. However, letter and e-mail recevied today requesting that I clear egg balance on Friday 4th November. I am afraid I will wait until the 25th, unless they want to give me an interest free loan.

    My understanding was that come switch over day, any outstanding balance from Egg would be transferred to your BarclayCard account along with the outstanding cash back. DD instructions will also remain the same.

    There are FAQs covering that question and more here:-

    The email that I have received doesn't ask me to clear my balance on the 4th? I think it's been badly worded and they'll clear your balance by direct debit on the 25th as usual.
