They have all stated that my first claim will be for the month of March. I'm guessing this is what is on their system, and all other bills will be rejected.

There's nothing stopping me from sending my February bill and having them reject it -- which is what I might do just to make sure.

I would do that - and actually given your statement date in relation to their definitions that would actually be the one they should accept under their own t&c. But, then cpw companies have a history of ignoring those when they decide to (or can't understand what they wrote if I were generous; perhaps that's why they can't even spell.). Either way, you are then covered.

Provided the existing contract was taken out over one month ago AND you have no more than 4 in your name in the last 12 months across all CPW companies; there are other rules for how many in a shorter space of time! Also rules can be broken (sometimes) and Mobiles.co used to allow only 2 in a year (but things are different now).
