  • I've also fallen for this scam. Although I phoned within 1 hour of ordering to cancel and have received an email confirming the cancellation I am off to my bank this morning to cancel my bank accounts and open new accounts. A lot of hassle but the only way to be one hundred per cent sure that these people cannot take more money from my account.

Is this the same scam as the Anti-Aging Store, owned by COATIONMEDIA address 22100E 26th Ave, 100 Aurora, CO 80019. Billing on credit cards by CCBILL.

Certainly sounds the same, free trial followed by unauthorized theft from accounts.

Dont think its the same company as the details are different I think this kind of scam is becoming more and more common. I had a similar system with Internet Payday but they gave me a refund without any hassle at all. As for PERFECT RADIANCE- I cant understand how these people are still getting away with this massive scam and still advertising all over the internet.I also ordered the free trial and was shocked about ten days later to find they had taken £126 from my bank ac. I transferred what was left of my money to my overdraft ac.so they would not be able to take any more. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with their customer services in the phillipines they eventually offered me 50% refund. I refused and tried to speak to a supervisor. they said she was busy and could not talk to me :rotfl:Eventually they caved and said they would refund it all. That was yesterday :AToday i got an email confirming the full refund, but that it would take a month ? for all the processing to be done by them and my bank. I emailed them and threatened them with Fraud squad etc and told them that British Law (OFT) supercedes their terms and conditions because the product was not as described.( I STILL HAVE ALL MY WRINKLES ! ) and that the money should be back in my ac.within 48 hours. The email was returned by PMGeneral.even though it was the correct email address I had used before. I am extremely doubtful about ever getting this money back but will let you all know if I do. I would say keep away from these people. I have promised my daughter I will never give my card details again on the internet. Paypal only from now on.

Complete Newbie to the forum although I have been receiving and acting, successfully, on the news posts for a while. Lovin the site!

Re the above products, surely I can´t be the only (self confessed) IDIOT to have been sucked into this ¨free trial¨ that turned out to cost 75 quid a month? Haved tried various searches but can find no reference? I must be doing something wrong and desperate to get to get out of this deal now! Please, please help:cool:

Hi re above i got sucked into this scam too all you have to do is phone up your bank and tell them about this and they will recover all the money you have lost. I would strongly say NEVER DO THE FREE TRIALS OR GET SUCKED INTO THIS SCAM LIKE I DID AS THEY CHARGE YOU £5.29 ONE OFF PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT TO YOU AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU £75 EVERY MONTH TILL YOU CANCEL THE ORDER (WHICH YOU CANT DO AS THEY GIVE YOU A FAKE NUMBER TO CALL THAT DOES NOT EVEN EXIST THE NUMBER THEY WILL GIVE YOU IS 448081683685. JUST BE CAREFUL IN WHAT YOU DO OVER THE INTERNET INVOLVING YOU CREDIT CARDS.

Wow this is good news :). I'm still waiting but my 7 to 10 days isn't up yet and I can't relax until my money is put back into my account but love to see people getting theirs back gives me a lot of hope......
  • In my defence, I started filling in the form online then thought better of it and closed the window. I've not long been out of hospital and am taking Morphine so when the phone rang a few hours later I wasn't entirely with it, couldn't remember what the woman was talking about and gave her my card number!! When the first bottle arrived yesterday everything became almost clear (still taking Morphine) I've checked and they've only taken the postage so far, I've emailed all the addresses I can find telling them not to send any more. Monday I'll get in touch with the bank and tell them what's happenned, I hope they can help! I guess we are all slaves to our vanity!

Thanks to everyone for the advice, it's most wellcome.
