I have also been taken in.
Now you have emailed to "cancel" the order, you must contact your bank asking for the disputes/fraud department. They all know about this fraud and if you tell them that you have cancelled the order and that you have not received the free trial they will take the matter up with the company on your behalgf.
My bank did this - and credired me with the money taken by Pure Collagen and Juvenue.
I wouldn't waste your time or money trying to contact the company.
Good Luck

I agree we should all try to contact watchdog to stop theses criminals. Could Yummydummy please let me know which phone number you used ?
Hi, yes, I called 08081787320 - It did take a full 30 mins of waiting before "an agent" was free to take my call. But I can't believe that today they sent me an email which read.....
Dear Customer,

We thank you for your email and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

First of all, we confirm that all your accounts are cancelled and you will not be charged any further.

Your request has been granted. We have refunded you for the amount of ($74.95 PerfectRadiance) on January 11th. Please allow at least 5 business days before checking your bank statement for the completed transaction.

We believe that if you give our products more time, you should see the results you desire. Any point in the future should you change your mind we would be happy to offer you a generous 50% recurring monthly discount on all subscriptions.

Should you have any more questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department by phone (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) toll-free at 808 168 3685 for UK customers and 0044 808 168 3685 for Irish customers or by email at support@perfectradiance.co.uk.

Kind Regards,
RevitaDerm Support

Erm, I think I'll pass on that offer thanks!!!!!!!!
I also contacted my bank yesterday afternoon and they suggested listing my card as stolen and sent me a new one which I should hopefully receive early next week!!! They said that they've logged that i cancelled my subscription yesterday and that if any more attempts are made to obtain money then the fraud dept will launch an investigation. the woman said that over half the calls she dealt with yesterday were about this company. I'll now email watchdog with my complaint........

• I too have had these amountsm taken
The first for 79.99 was on Dec 28. I contacted my bank (co-op) and they cancelled my card and issued me with another card.
Then today, another 74.95 was taken ! I phoned the bank (fraud dept) who told me that they had contacted the company who said they had opened an account for me and it was in the t&c's. Because of the way Visa works they are entitled to takle the money from my account even tho' I've changed the card ! How bad is that
I now have to contact the disputes dept which is only open office hours.
Thought I'd let you know this as I've read a few posts from people who have also cancelled their cards and think it's now safe
Don't let the past become your future
Change for the better
• an update.
I called them at 7.30 am and put through straight away. Apologies, they hadn't cancelled the account before, it is done now, with two confirmation codes. Money refunded and a promise of no more problems, confirmed by email also.
I ended the call by telling the telephonist that i hope she liked working for a company that scammed people. Have a nice day m'aam.
Hopefully it will be the last I hear of this scam. Good luck everyone else.
• (First posting so please be gentle with me)
Really sorry for all those people like me who fell for this. Spent a couple of sleepness nights worrying but decided to take action, which I did and have received a full refund of £79.99 and £74.95.
I firstly phoned Barclaycard Visa Disputes and put a stop to any further monies being debited from my account from this organisation - I followed this up with a letter to them giving all the details (company name, product, etc).
I then phoned 0808 178 7320 and cancelled the contract(?) with them, requesting two Cancellation Nos (which they supplied immediately) and asked to receive a confirmation email from them to this effect (this I received within 12 hours). I telephoned them at four o'clock in the morning (UK time) and they picked up on the second ring. I then requested a refund for the two amounts stating the following:
a) they have taken money from my account for two products that hadn't yet been received (and told them I had no problem with paying the two postage charges for the samples I had received).
b) their website t&c's were different to their advertisement in that on some ads they stated that the cancellation had to be made on different timescales
c) they say you will notice a difference within fourteen days but don't give you enough time to try the product within the cancellation time
d)the advertisement is blatantly false advertising

The girl who I spoke to in the Phillipines was very polite (as I was!) and apologised for the product not being to my satisfaction and offered a full refund (with Refund Number Cancellation) which will be credited to my account within 7-10 days. This all happened on the 9th January 2010 and the two refunds were in my account this morning.

BTW: Cancelling your card does not stop them taking money from your account - your new card and number will still be linked to your existing account. The only way, other than verbally putting a stop of any further transactions (followed up by a confirmation email/letter to your bank), is to CLOSE your account.

My suggestion is that (for your own sanity) remain calm and try and make them feel comfortable talking to you. NOW I'm going to get in touch with every agency I can think of, including the media and expose these fraudsters !!!!!
Hope the above helps J
• I signed up for the free samples on 26th November and received them about 2 weeks later. Nothing on the site about signing up for autoship! They good products - I do not know why they cannot sell them in the normal way! On 12th December 89.32 euro was taken from my credit card and 61.85 on the 19th. I wasn't too worried as I thought they would send them but of course they haven't arrived. Then on 3rd January another 91.25 and 2 days ago 62.87! (The different amounts would reflect the difference between Euro and sterling). I contacted Visa and reading between the line, I think it was not the first time the person who took my call had heard the story! Anyway, she said that they have to let 30 days relapse before they can get (or take - not sure which) a refund from the merchant so she said she would work on the 12th December payment right away. I cancelled the card and have ordered another one. I got a reply to my email this morning after 3 days - the usual - sorry you are leaving etc. and can't get anyone on the telephone. I am going to contact the 2 Irish papers that were mentioned on the website. When I tried to get on to Revitol.com in California you cannot access the site unless you have an order number or are in the system. What have they got to hide?
• Contact your Credit Card/Bank Fraud Department Tell them about the Scam and to Cancel all Subscriptions to
Perfect Rad Anti Rides Agios Dometio CYP
Revita La Peau Agios Dometio CYP
They will know who it is!
Has anybody actually received any of this stuff and does it actually work anyway?
Hope this Helps
• Just a line to say thank you to MSE as I had a 15 minute conversation with a lady cancelling the accounts and asking for a refund. She kept saying refunds weren't company policy and they'd give us free product. It wasn't until I said I'd read about people getting refunds on MSE.com that she gave me the codes. We have received refunds for the first two payments and our credit card companies disputes/fraud department assure us they won't accept any further request for payment from this company.
• I looked at the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and saw the company had been reported as misleading advertising. The following is part of my email to support@Perfect Radiance.co.uk and I received a full refund of RevitaDerm and Perfect Radiance within 5 days. I suggest others quote the same details as I did. If you're interested in the details look at the ASA website, ASA Actions tab, Adjudications, then type Perfect Radiance in the Search Adjudications box - it's a bit tricky to find.

My email included the following:
'Your website promises a 'Money Back 100% Guarantee 30 day money back guarantee. Furthermore, I am aware that the ASA has stated on 7th December 2011 your advertisement breached CAP Code (Edition 12) rules 3.1, 3.3 (Misleading advertising) 3.7 (Substantiation) and 3.38 (Other Comparisons)
In respect of the above would you confirm you will refund these amounts as soon as possible. If I do not receive this confirmation and the refund of both amounts as detailed, I will have no alternative but to report you once again to the ASA as well as the Trading Standards and the Fraud Department of my credit card company.'

Good luck to everyone in getting their money back - keep emailing them and don't give up.
• hello everyone,
i was also fooled by the advert and ordered both products and after 8 days i still have not recieved them but after reading here all comments, i called the number Phone: +44 (808) 178 7320 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and after listening to thier music for 20 minutes i managed to speak to someone in the phillipines who advised that i infact have openend 4 accounts which i did not. so i asked her to cancel them and she did and also told me that i should recieve an e-mail confirmation regarding cancellation, so i asked her if it will mention no further charges apart from P&P will apply, and she said yes. i recorded the call as a proof so if they did deduct anything i will contact my lawyer to take care of it.
will update you if anything else poped up
