I am also feeling sick right now, they have taken another £79.99 from my account after I spoke to someone on Sunday and they assured me that no more money would be taken out of my account, I am now over £300 overdrawn and can't believe this is happening.....Surely this is against the law.....I be tried ringing tonight but can't get through, I think we should all stick together and get this 'vile' company put on the TV or radio and show them for what they really are.....Has anyone else had any luck getting their money back or any advice for us people that have had no joy yet?0

Wow reading this gives me hope :j. Please let's hope some more of us get the same kinds of fantastic news, it will be such a weight of our minds.....0 -
I rang today and spoke to a lady who said they cannot refund me the £2.95 as it is for post and packing - I told her I had not received the sample and really did not want to!
She gave me a code and said she had cancelled any more orders and that I would receive an email - as yet I haven't received the email and to be honest - I still feel very wary of the
whole thing! It's such bad news!0 -
If they continue to take money after you have cancelled or if you have not received the products then that is fraud - phone your bank and demand chargebacks on all unauthorised charges.
Also, report them to the FTC using this online form - (FTC = Federal Trade Commission: US version of trading standards as the company is US based) who can take legal action against them and force them to give up assets and/ or fine them and make them refund their customers. The FTC has done this with other very similar free trial rebill scams in the past (eg Acai).
The FTC will not comment on or confirm current investigations but the more people who complain the more likely it is that they will take action.

"Uncovering the wrinkles in those online 'free trial' face cream offers: "
"Consumers are being warned not to fall for a growing racket on the web that starts with a "free" trial of an anti-wrinkle skin cream, and can end with hundreds of pounds being taken from users' bank cards."

I am also a sucker, can't believe I did it, I tried to cancel as soon as I received my product, as I realised it couldn't be a "trial size".Only to find that I had already been charged £74.95.
I had ordered mine over the phone. I was called by a man called Craig Bates, after I had accessed the Revitaderm advert on line.
When I eventually got through on the 0808 number I was told that my order had been cancelled, and that no other payments would be taken from my account. I then phoned the bank and put a stop on any payments being made to the relevant vendor. I checked my account this morning to discover another £79.00 had been abstracted from my account.
On phoning the bank I discovered that this had been processed on the 9th, the day I rang, so they must have processed it as soon as I rang off, and before I had a chance to contact the bank. The bank have told me that if I do not receive any more deliveries within 15 days, they will reclaim the money if I send a letter. I feel sooooo stupid, but its nice to know I'm not alone.0 -
Just a thought, I wonder if the Newspapers listed on the advert. ie Guardian Telegraph etc., know that they are being used as part of a scam,I think a few emails to the editorial departments might be a good thing.0

I agree that we all should get in touch with anybody we think may be able to help us. We need to get this awful company shut down. I cannot believe in this day and age that they are allowed to take our money and get away with it. They are now not replying to any emails but I will not give up trying to get my £206 back. I think they hope we will shut up and go away but I for one will not. No reply from Dominic Littlewood site yet but will keep you updated.0

I ordered my so called sample products mid december, to date I have not received anything, the money for the postage on the samples came out of my account.
Since then I have had 2 further amounts taken out of my account. I immediately contacted my bank and have cancelled my debit card, was down with bank today to report this as a scam, I have to try and get in touch with the companies but am unable to. has anyone number(s) i can try. thanx0 -
I have just gotten through to them - took half an hour for someone to answer my call - and again, like others have reported it was an American lady..... I did not wait for her to ask what my issue was I very assertively told her that I expect immediate full refund of the fraudulent charges her nasty little company had taken from my account, and before she starts she would not be quoting T&C's to me..... she immediately stated "yes mam" and asked me for details to find my account - which she strangely had difficulty doing!!! Hmmmmm I told her she could stop trying to stall and just get on with refunding my money - I warned her that i would be filing a complain with the FTC and also that my bank's fraud department were investigating their practices. she gave me a cancellation code and a refund code and advised that my refund will appear in my account withing 7-10 days - i said i hoped it would, if not she would hear from me again - i then swiftly hung up!!!!!!!! Arrrrgggggghhhhhh I am so furious0
