Hi dizzee!! NERYS?? Thats the name of the girl looking after ours after we emailed the ceo!! Maybe she will actually be of some help after all!! When we tried to phone her though we just got throught to someone else, it was the general number!!Mary B0 -
Still no nearer payment 8 weeks after sending back my acceptance form to Halifax so I have emailed Paul Lewis who hosts Moneybox on Radio 4 to let him know about this scandal of delayed refunds.
Copied Mr Osorio into the email. Hopefully Paul may find the story interesting.
I will keep the forum informed

Really?? Keep trying, is it an 01244 number? I've called about four or five times, three of those it was someone else who answered but when I asked if it was her number they said she'd either gone home or on another call.Still no nearer payment 8 weeks after sending back my acceptance form to Halifax so I have emailed Paul Lewis who hosts Moneybox on Radio 4 to let him know about this scandal of delayed refunds.

Hello people, I've had a look on here a few times, Im glad to know Im not the only one to be messed about over this! I have had my claim accepted 2 months ago now and have been told similar stories to everyone on here.
First of all, would it be worth emailing this 'antonio.osorioatlloydsbanking.com' person? or does anyone have a direct line I can contact someone? Also, what sort of thing have other people said in their emails? Its pretty hard to work out my money if I don't know whats coming in and when. I havent got much left to pay on the loan so Im hoping to pay that off plus have a little extra but as it stands at the moment I am still paying the PPI as my loan has yet to be recalculated etc.
If anyone is interested, the dates given to me on the phone today are
Claim recieved 2/6/11 (despite being made on the phone a few weeks before this, it obviously takes them some time to send it to the right department)
Acceptence letter recieved (their end) 12 September, again, that seems to have taken a while for them to recieve.
during this time have made several 'check up calls' which is a further waste of my time and money!
Thanks for you're help, sorry if all these questions have been asked a lot before, I have tried reading up a bit, but its a bit much to read all of it while Im supposed to be working!0 -

£6.5k in total....but my word have I had to fight tooth and nail to get at it!!!!!!
I advise everybody to email that CEO, and give them your telephone number, you will get a call within 24 hrs of your complaint, and if you tell them you really need that cash, that person who calls you will chase it up....just make sure they give you their direct line. Be polite, and they will work for you, and get you your money.
Now to start chasing my mums up.....she has been a week behind me in every step, but has not heard a dicky bird since the uphold letter......well over 8 weeks ago!
Hi,
It would seem as though we long 'term waiters' may eventually be resolved. I have indeed had some recent calls answered by 'Nerris' who has been more helpful than most. I am currently informed that due to my long wait (70days since receipt of acceptance)-my case is being given priority and I should expect payment of what I am owed very soon.(hope fully with progress before the end of the week).
So keep your fingers crossed, and you will succeed-when in receipt of my dues I will of course update here.
Good luck to all.:):):):):):):)
Well done Dizzie..:T:T:T:TMoney Saving-Reclaiming-And Won!!!:j:j:j:j:j

Hope your right, my wife was told something similar yesterday by a guy she say was much more helpful than normal. If the acceptance letter been a bit more detailed and mentioned that there may be a bit of a wait I think I may have been a bit more understanding. As it was I read my letter and thought I would have it in a few weeks.0 -

I too was under that impression, it took about 15 weeks to get the letter and it seemed quite a simple calculation in the example given. I understand they have a lot to go through, but the ppi charges were worked out before the loan came through, it didn't take 6 months to work out then! Add up the extra interest etc surely this can be worked out by a gcse student with a calculator?
Really need to speak to someone who can deal with my case now! A majority of the money will go back to them anyhow, I got 4 months left of this loan. Will just he nice to have it settled and the extra bit of cash every month.0 -
Hi All,
I can confirm I have now recieved a call from the Halifax confirming my figures/calculations. I am very soon to be in receipt of the last three PPI refunds I have been waiting for!:T:T:T:T:T:T
After almost 70 days, or 64 working days my calculations are now complete and payment is in the post-(2nd class) so should be with me by early next week!:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
After calling nearly every day and watching the days go by, once these payments are received I would have come to the end of my PPI refund journey. Thank you all for your support especially the regulars (Amersall, Di etc) your help has been gratefully received.:T:T:T:T:T
I wish you all well in your PPI journeys, good luck.;););););)Money Saving-Reclaiming-And Won!!!:j:j:j:j:j
£33,000 refunded!!! :j:j:j:j:j0
