Could someone do me a huge favour and PM me the CEO email address for Bank of Scotland/Halifax? Just called for an update exactly a week after my first call and there has been no progress and no further notes added to my file. Think its time I pushed them along a little bit.
Many thanks in advance!0 -
Could someone PM the ceo email for me also please? Having a knightmare trying to get calculations from them. Returned and received acceptance back 30th Aug. Claiming on MPPI so they say they have to go to Halifax Ireland to get payment details? Anyone else had any issues with this? thanks0

Hi All,
Been waiting a good while now for figures for the 3 remaining Halifax CC's.
It will be 6 weeks since receipt of acceptance this coming Friday, spoke to someone at the Halifax today who just said the same thing again...'No calculations yet'.
I reminded him of the 6 week time frame he did not seem that concerned at all-just apologised...:(:(:(:(:(:(
Anyone had any news on their Halifax CC's yet?Money Saving-Reclaiming-And Won!!!:j:j:j:j:j
£33,000 refunded!!! :j:j:j:j:j0 -
The letter they sent out Friday still hasn't arrived with the calculations on it.
As for CCs mine has been calculated with interest, up to the 25th October, which happens to be exactly eight weeks from them receiving my acceptance.0 -

I only wish they would get their backsides in gear and hurry up-:(:(:(:(:(:(

I have had my calculations but no payment yet to be honest they didn't owe me a lot for mine so i think mine would of been an easy one to deal with
I received mine on 1st October and i only complained in august so it has not taken long at all.

Pennies from heaven!!!!!!!!!
Just when I thought the post had been for the day, and I was getting annoyed I got the calculations letters. In two seperate envelopes, i had two small cheques for 600 quid between them.....Halifax even spared gluing the envelopes shut, so they could have been lost:mad:
I have between the five claims a total of 6.5k, this includes the two 50% claims that my ex partner is entitled to, but is handing back to me once they arrive.:T
:j:j:j:j:j:j:beer::beer::beer:
Now......lets see how long it takes to send the two big ones of 2k a piece:rotfl:0 -

The cheques I got today were for two loans.
The ones I'm waiting for are CCs and an old mortgage.0
