Thanks, here's hoping. Know I'm maybe been a bit impatient and there are a lot of people who have been waiting much longer than me but just want to know how much I am getting then I know if I can get the whole loan paid off or not. Never mind, my day will come :beer:0 -

Tearing my hair out. Had to ring lots of people up Friday and tell them i was skint, so they'll have to wait for the Halifax to cough up, my kids need feeding first!:(

Hi,my complaint was on a Halifax Total Mortgage Protection Policy;

*I received a letter on Friday saying i would be receiving a cheque for £4493.90. This was in respect to the PPI in my Total Mortgage Protection Policy.But i rang to query,as i had been offered redress for "ALL TMPP PREMIUMS" and this included Life Cover and Critical Illness Cover as well.
Got a phone call today,apologising for the error and stating that i would now be refunded £8325.15 :T0 -
Well have chased up again with the CEO as getting a bit sick of being fobbed off with "no, we can't tell you progress of your claim". Surely someone can tell me something "Yes, its being calculated, No it's in a pile to do", anything rather than "we can't tell you anything but will be in touch" :mad:
I know they are busy but they do wind customers up even more!!
So just waiting to hear their reply!0 -

I'm sure that when they did everyone elses claims on the same date as mine, they lost mine under the desk:(
