They obviously can't count either, I make it four!!.......tomorrow I will have been waiting 5 weeks, and they got my letter of acceptance back on the 30th August in their offices:mad:
dear god, will these people ever stop playing games with folk. I couldn't even get through today. Usually I get a female 'hold' voice, today I got a cough and rough sounding bloke on the answer machine....her voice must have broke from saying the same thing over and over:rotfl:0 -

No, they get 8 weeks.
They try to work to 6 weeks as a service standard I think.
My acceptance was received by Halifax on the 26th August.
Apparently, the Credit Card calcs take all the time and the loan ones can take minutes, hence, they haven't done my loans yet and are waiting until the card caalcs are completed to make sure that the 8% interest on the loans is accurate.
My claims handler is chasing the calculations department tomorrow.
I am now getting pretty fed up as I have entered the 22 week since I sent my complaint in.
People do less time for robbery :mad:I'm a secret crime fighter0 -

Well no post for us today, no surprise there!! OH phoned them today as its in his name. They have received our acceptance on 3rd sept and someone has been assigned to our case. Apparently they tried to phone us last week (as we had e-mailed the ceo) to update us, not that I call this info much to update! They have e-mailed the case worker and have 'promised' to call back with more info soon. WONT hold my breath but WILL e-mail the ceo if they don't get back to us soon!!Mary B0

Come on Mr. Postman, bring us all some lovely news today.....please?0

Called again today.
Apparently on Friday, they sent a letter out with calculations on......second class(stingy !!!!!!s!) :j
Makes me laugh that the person calling me Friday late afternoon, on the CEO behalf had no information and said they would call me back when they did!!!
I have been told amounts, which on first glance appear to be a little low, but until I get this damn letter I can't say. Plus I am only entitled to 50% of some of it....got to get the ex partner to ring them to request they cough the rest up to me on his behalf;)
Not sure on the step after.....do I receive a nice cheque in another envelope or do I have to send a reply and wait another while.......
We shall see when the postman comes:T0 -
Good Morning, was wondering if anybody could pmsl me the ceo of halifax email address please.
We sent a claim to the the halifax on the 6/6/11 for a cc, we recevied acknowledgement from them with a ref no, dated 14/6. We just realised we have not heard anything since, contacted hfx this am, and they say they have nothing on the screen for that claim!!!!!! and advised us to contact the fos. Decided to contact the ceo as not satisfied with this0 -
Anybody know the CEO email address for halifax? Cheers in Advance.0
