Sent e-mail to ceo on thurs and no reply. Tried calling them today on 08456014034 but said not open on sat. I have definitely heard someone on here saying they called on a sat, does anyone have a different tele number we could try??
Have been patient but now think its worth a call!!

I think I would hang on. As I said calculations were displayed on my online cc statement. Just looked this morning and it got cheque issued 30th. Thought it was odd as cc was not in arrears. Strange ha. Not as much as your tho. Congratulations.:j

Hi all,

I have had my letter today with calculations for my credit card which i sent to them in August but still no word on my loan fingers crossed that will be next week is it the same team who are dealing with loans and credit cards??

When you were sent your upheld letter, it will have been from your claims handler.

When you email the CEO, the CEO does not read it obviously and it is passed straight to your claims handler, who writes to you or calls you.

Cut out the middle man and just call your claims handler on their direct line.

They give you honest responses from my experience, and it saves a wait of a few days.

I called on Friday to be toldcalculations done but still no letter cheque! Got up yesterday saturday with the letter and cheque enclosed on my door mat!! Yipee:T

I also have one of my CC PPI reclaims coming in the post aswell. No sure of the figures though.. another win never the less..

Saturdays post brought me one letter regarding my PPI reclaim for loans with a cheque to the value of £8500.00 to follow(interest calculated to 26th October).:T:T:T:T:T:T

No letter with figures regarding the CC as previously mentioned by Halifax though,:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(. Gonna call them again on Monday -as I am monitoring this very closely now- to see what progress has been made since my last call.

With regards to the call centre being open on Saturdays-yes I have spoken to someone on a Saturday as well, I think it was last Saturday...obviously not paying staff for Saturday work now....how are they ever gonna get through the backlog....:(:(:(:(:(

Still waiting on figures for 3 CC's and one more loan from the Halifax-wish they would hurry up..

Oh and payment from Barclaycard who I am still waiting for a promised sum of money-been waiting 6 weeks for this so far....and the wait continues..
