Sure is great news- I will be hounding Royal Mail now...ha ha.

That's 7 seven restructured loans over a 10 year period not sure what the figures will be but if I remember rightly the final loan value was £15,000.:T:T:T:T:T (one more loan reclaim to be finalised still).

I did how ever get conflicting information again regarding the 3 Halifax CC's from the guy on the call. Very different from yesterday....but they are definitely with the redress team so fingers crossed....:):):):):)

(Also the guy did say they are only dealing with one complaint reference per phone call now-so if you have many as I have they are reluctant to discuss them unless you call back-very strange way of dealing with your customers if you ask me:(:(:(:(:(-needless to say be persistent and they will discuss more...).:):):):):)

One more day, and the bank accounts finished:( Quite scary really, never been in this sort of hole before.

I emailed him on Monday, and I had my doubts but yes it did filter through to the right department, so it may have helped...;););););)

How stupid is that, so they expect you to call, talk about one account when you finally get through, hang up and call back about the next one???? You would think they would be trying to reduce the amount of calls they get, not the other way around. Typical bank :mad:

Aye, but they're making money on all the phone calls they have us doing!!!!
Very silly way if you ask me, means more time to wait on hold, and more money for them:mad:

If you are with BT and have one of their 'packages' the calls are included to this number. Ha Ha.... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Be persistant and remind them of poor customer service and they will discuss other accounts...;);););););)

Just logged into Halifax cc and lo and behold payment has been made. Signed acceptance end August. No letter yet.

Rang the Halifax for an update , still no calculations they are unable to give timescales as each case is different . The rate the Halifax are going i may get it in time for christmas ! , I dont know how they can get away with not having a deadline for finalising a claim and completing the payment .

Hang on in there, keep pestering them they will oblige in the end. (oh and send an email to the CEO if you haven't done so already).
