just a quick bump - do the mbna have a record of defending themselves in court? i've sent off the second letter after a fob off responce to my first one and they've got about 4 days left until the 14 day deadline i imposed (i'll probably give them a day or two leeway for the bank hols though) and i'll be filing court docs by the end of next week.
cheers.0 -

MBNA wont go to court, they will settle. However, they actually have 28 days to respond (usually alot quicker) even if you have said 14 days, complaint resolution guidlelines set down by the regulatory bodies give them 28.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering with MBNA whether you can request all charges in one go. E.G. I have charges from topshop and virgin? Or do I need to do separate claims?
Thanks0 -

After sending second letter have been fobbed off by MBNA but told to put it in writing if I was still unhappy.
Can I just go ahead with MCOL without writing to them for a third time as the deadline I set has now passed.
Anyone else used MCOL to claim from MBNA ?Sing a song for Sala , we will never let you go .....0 -
