Why not make your own home-made Chicken Tikka marinated in lovely herbs?
I'll give you the ingredients for a family of 4-6:
Take 4 breasts of chicken, rub with 2 tablespoons of ginger paste and 2 tablespoons of garlic paste. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour
Then you can make the marinade:
300ml natural yoghurt
Juice of 2 lemons
2-8 cloves of garlic
1-10 fresh chillies
2 tablespoons chopped basil
4 tablespoons chopped mint
8 tablespoons chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Just blend all this together into a marinade.
After an hour take the chicken out the fridge and cover it in the marinade (in some oven-proof baking dish).
Put in fridge for at least 10 hours or overnight.
The next day, simply bake it in the oven, 180c for approx 35 minutes.
You can then serve it either in the sauce, or serve it dry by taking the chicken out of the marinade and pouring the marinade into a serving jug so that people can help themselves to sauce if they want.

I made lovely yoghurty ice thingy a while ago with about 1litre of low fat yoghurt and a tin of lychees (drained) blitzed together and chucked in the freezer. Similar to making sorbet I took it out every half hour or so to mix it up so it didn;t freeze in a big lump - but it has made a lovely low fat and cheap pud for a few meals. You could use any sort of tinned fruit and probably it would work with fresh raspberrys, gooseberries etc....
