BREAD! No kneading - no rolling, proving or messing!

This if fabulous and healthy too.

2 small cups of wholemeal flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 rounded teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
    Mix well.
    1/2 pint yoghurt
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/2 tablespoon molasses.
Mix well. Put in loaf tin and cover with foil.
    Gas 4 for one hour.
Delicious. Nice with some homemade pate......

If you add some jam or some other type of flavour you could make lollies. My children love them and at least you know what is in them.

Do you just mix the jam and yoghurt together? I never thought of frozen yoghurt!:T

I made fruit & keifir (similar to yoghurt) lollies the other day. Blended a few tins of peaches then mixed in the Keifir (sub with yog). Froze - and the kids loved them (I didn't get a look in!)

OH does not like curry (oh how I wish he did  ).

We are having chicken drumsticks for tea tonight, so I may make up some sort of a marinade for my bits and leave his alone.

Thanks everyone for your ideas. I think that I will make some lollies for DD and use the rest for the chicken.

I'd just eat it like it is, I love natural yoghurt and its normally vitually fat free and very good for your digestive system.

Yes it just depends on how strong you want the taste to be. I usually add a dollop, stir, taste and then decide whether it needs more.
