yoghurt also ensures a good rise in scones - plain fruit or cheese - use it half and half with milk to make up the required amount of liquid.0

buy frozen fruit, or put roughly chopped fresh, tinned then drained,(what you have) fruit flat into the freezer. Once it's frozen put in blender, (I've used a stick blender). Once mushy pour in natural yogurt, and mix or blend a bit more. Put back in the freezer to firm up. It does go rock solid quite quick, so use it within a day or so. Berries are good, so is a mix of pineapple and mango.0

However, there's no way I'll use a whole 500g tub! Anyone got any veggie (and very very cheap) ideas for the rest of it? I am having a ridiculously cheap week next week as we will spend more the week after for a party we're having.
I've added your thread to our existing one on using up natural yoghurt to keep the ideas together.
