I think that says it all.
She obviously wasn't interested in the safety of the children at all.
She used them as an excuse to stay in the gents changing room, and happily abandoned them when she was caught.
It is a shame her name wasn't released, I would have reported her to the police if I'd been in the same position.
I also hope no one else ever trusts her children with her, maybe it was them she wanted to watch instead of the adults.

Actually, thinking about it I'd still report her.
I'd make an official complaint, insist on a crime number, and the sports centre would be obliged to hand her name over to the police.
I wonder if the other parents knew she was going to be escorting their kids into the gents showers? It may be the kids, it may be the adults she was interested in, but something doesn't seem right in her actions when she abandoned them.
