Me neither, never have bought those mags that solely concentrate on what so called celebs are up to, not that there is anything wrong with doing that its just not for me. If its the person I was thinking of, for days on end it was one of the top stories on the bbc news, which I do watch avidly

I'm furious that this troll is using MSE folks good nature, and instinct to help- in order to gain attention for themselves. What do they get out of it?

Agree with the previous poster though, DV is NOT something to be joked about, and the more idiots who post up wind up stories for kicks, the less people are likely to believe and help real victims.

Can see your point guys. However alot of good advice about what to do next has been given by people genuinely concerned. There may just be someone out there in a similar situation who doesn't feel able to ask for advice, who could pick up the help they need. No advice given is ever truly wasted.

I am really disapointed if this is a troll I spent alot of time posting messages and a private message to her and feel a bit of a fool!

If not a troll and reading this by any chance don't be scared off by the troll accusations and/or the guessing who you are!! If you have spent some time on these boards you will understand why people might think that.

Don't feel a fool LB. You're a nice person who helped where you thought it was needed! However-on the troll accusation..I fully believe it is. Mainly because if they didn't want 'publicity' they wouldn't have given as many details. They wouldn't have mentioned 'sportsman', nor 'money', they would have just put the facts as they were.

And to be honest-if it's who they want us to think it is-then there is no way she would ask advice here-she would hire Max Clifford and make a HUGE pile of cash out of it.
