    legal plans, simple court action if airmiles don't ringfence the airmiles already bought under the old scheme to be used under the contract in which they were bought in. Look up contract law if you want to know the finer detail

    Regarding funding, thank your for gernerous offer, but i dont actually require funding for it. Airmiles might appreciate it though as it will be in the small claims court, they won't be able to claim thier defence fees win or lose

    It depends, but in any case before it gets to court, i will have acted ina resonable manner, as will others have
