So, what are your legal plans? As soon as anyone raises a case like this they make it public, so your "can't for legal reasons" is a cop out.
They may be interested parties in this thread who are willing to fund it.
Something similar happened with the money lost in the Crown Currency situation.
Post your plans and perhaps you'll get some assistance.
legal plans, simple court action if airmiles don't ringfence the airmiles already bought under the old scheme to be used under the contract in which they were bought in. Look up contract law if you want to know the finer detail
Regarding funding, thank your for gernerous offer, but i dont actually require funding for it. Airmiles might appreciate it though as it will be in the small claims court, they won't be able to claim thier defence fees win or lose0 -
